SHIPPING FAQ

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

DeVineti by Design ships to all 50 United States and territories. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling.

Now that you have completed the ordering and payment, it's time to get D'vafide!

DeVineti by Design accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are shipped from our Houston, Texas location via United States Postal Service. Orders are processed and shipped on Monday - Friday, within 1 - 3 business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

 

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Priority Shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, before 12:00 PM CST will usually arrive within 2-5 business days from the shipped date. Please allow 2 business days for handling. Priority shipping is not guaranteed for a specific date.

 

DEVINETI'S LUV BUTTER SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS 

We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping with tracking for DeVineti’s Luv Butter products. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and usually takes 1-3 days in transit.

Custom order processing takes 1-2 weeks and the above shipping options apply.

After placing your order, please check your emails for your order confirmation as well as tracking information and delivery status. 

Warm Weather Shipping

Commercial body butters and lotion bars contain synthetic stabilizers which help the consistency in varying temperatures. We do not use synthetic stabilizers in our body butters or butter bars blends. Due to the consistency of our product, high temperatures during shipping may cause the product to lose its original whipped texture or decorative design to lotion bars. If this occurs, simply place product in a cool place to resettle. It is best to store DeVineti’s Luv Butter products in cooler room temperatures from 68-76 degrees Fahrenheit. If whipped consistency does not return, you can whip the product again to return its whipped texture. If the product melts during shipment, it will look to be less product in the plastic/glass jar or tin can than stated or pictured.

We do utilize single-use cold packs and cool shield thermal bubble material to help insulate the product during transit. We cannot guarantee that product will arrive in same condition at time of shipping. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat, we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products and do not offer exchanges or refunds.

We highly recommend ordering DeVineti’s Luv Butter products to be delivered to an address where items will NOT be left in the heat for long periods of time.

Additional Policies for DeVineti's Luv Butter Products

We believe in satisfying our customers. If you have any issues or concerns please feel free to contact us. We reply to emails promptly. Please understand we reserve the right to extend processing time when necessary. In such cases, we will notify you of the processing delays. There are additional charges for custom orders. Prices range from $0.25 – $12.00 depending on the item and additional labor. Allow 2 weeks for all custom orders to be fulfilled. Please let us know of any allergies you may have based on the materials we use.

 

ORDER INFORMATION CONFIRMATION

Please make sure your information on your order is accurate upon checkout. Please note that if your shipping address is different from your billing address, we may require additional information. Customer Service will contact you via the phone number or email. If our Customer Service is unable to contact you, it may delay the processing of your order and lead to a cancellation.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If the package shows delivered to your shipping address but is missing, you must report the lost package to us within 10 days of the delivered date. Upon reporting your lost package, we will inquire with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. You must also make claim with the carrier (USPS), and give us the claim number. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge or give you a store credit if we do not have an item in stock.

DeVineti by Design is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. If an order is refused and returned by the customer, we will charge a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping will not be refunded.

 

NON-DELIVERABLE & RETURNED ITEMS

A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on orders that are refused or unclaimed by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to a non-deliverable address. The original shipping will not be refunded.
