If your order falls under that circumstance above, please email us: DEVINETIBYDESIGN@GMAIL.COM as soon as possible. Please return all packaging materials and merchandise 100% the same as received. You will also be responsible for shipping the product back. Once DeVineti By Design has received the merchandise, a refund credit will be issued to the Method of Payment used at the time of purchasing. If you no longer have access to the Method of Payment used at the time of purchasing, only a store credit will be issued.
